Realized efficiencies by analyzing routes and putting in place a district transportation director

My background includes a wide-range of school finance experience having developed budgets from $21 to $100 million dollars. Additionally I have supervised the Human Resource function as well as transportation, food service and facilities departments.


Assisted in reducing a $3.1 million fund balance deficit to a positive $1 million within two budget cycles

Directed 10 district and community wide budget workshops that led to the passage of three consecutive budgets

Worked closely with Budget Advisory Committees to garner ideas and input from tax payers and out of district shareholders


Administered over $100 million dollars of capital project work.

Increased the districts bond rating to a 2AA

Assisted in successfully communicating the bond vote to community constituencies

Assisted in structuring project financing and debt service payments

Worked with clerks of the works and large construction management firms

Completed all State Education Departments required forms including the final project report
